1. Returns

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

If your Tiltick FlipTimer arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The item received was incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer laws.
7. Order Cancellation
